    • After the initial quote process a 10% non-refundable deposit of total the total booking fee price is required to secure the booking date on the calendar. Please note we cannot hold dates without deposits.

    • A final invoice will be issued once guest numbers & any other details are confirmed.

    • Final payment must be paid 7 days prior to the event,

  • Back Deck Dinners provides an extremely flexible service. If there are certain menu styles, dishes or particular dietary requirements let the team know. We always endeavour to work closely with clients to ensure any & all needs are met.

  • Our service includes all ingredient sourcing, preperation time, cooking & service of dishes. All washing up & full kitchen clean at end of service.

    We unfortunately do not provide crockery, cutlery or setting/ styling tables. This is usually handled by clients with our focus on the food.

    Our private chef service normally involves 1 chef cooking, serving & clearing tables. For more attentive service we can provide RSA trained waistaff at a cost of $40 p/h per waitstaff member.

  • Being based near Coffs Harbour we cover a broad area from Bellingen to Woolgoolga with no extra costs.

    Whilst it is no problem for us to cover reas outside of this range travel fees may be added on to cover fuel & travel costs. Any extra travel costs will be discussed clearly in the intial quotation process

  • In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking prior to the date of service, the refund amount you are eligible for is as follows:

    - If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the booking date you will be entitled to a 50% refund on the amount that you have paid.

    - If the cancellation occurs 29 days or less prior to the booking date: you will forfeit the entire amount that you have paid.

    Under extreme circumstances, we may be able to work with you reschedule a booking. This is at the discretion of Back Deck Dinners and dependent on availability to reschedule. If ingredients have been purchased at the time where a rebooking or credit is possible, you may be liable to cover these costs.
